Who needs a bath?
Leviticus 8:6, “Then Moses had Aaron and his sons come near and washed them with water.”
This is the Lord’s consecration, or sanctification, of the ones whom He had chosen to be His priests. We see that the first thing Moses did as preparation to make them ready to serve the Lord Almighty was to wash Aaron and his sons with water. This is a very symbolic gesture that many people will say was not commanded by the Lord. But the Lord did command the consecration of Aaron and his sons, and we see in Exodus that washing is a requirement of God for being set apart for His work.
We are told in Hebrews that we must be set apart by God, and cleansed by Him if we are to be of service to Him in this world. So, we must realize, and understand that we are dirty and unclean before Him, but when we get washed by the pure water that God offers then can we stand before Him consecrated, sanctified and worthy to do the work that He has set before You!

Father, I thank You for the purification that You have made available to me, and I ask that You would make me desire to be cleansed by You; and set apart for Yor good work. In Jesus’ name, Amen
